The Orchestra of Southern Utah, OPUS Chamber Ensemble and the SUU Percussion Ensemble proudly presents the premiere concert of Marshall McDonald's and Steven Sharp Nelson's new work - Africa. The life of a man and his country, detailed in beauty and power. Possibly the world's first African Symphony. This work was commissioned by the Orchestra of Southern Utah and has had unsurpassed success to Cedar City concert goers. This is a MUST HEAR Podcast! Following the concert, we have a special composer seminar with the composers. Following the seminar, Sandy and Ken go over this week's listener comments.
